I LOVE this rug!! For the price it’s perfect for our needs. We got the 10x14 and I’m pleased. I agree with the negative comments the the rug is thin, but I purchased it knowing this. It’s truly not obvious unless you are pulling the threads down. I would purchase again. I think it’s soft and the color is just as expected! If you’re on the fence, give it a shot! You can see the thinness isn’t obvious in everyone’s pictures. Just got ours yesterday so I am giving it time to flatten out

Worst quality rug I have ever seen. You can see the carpet backing through the shag and pieces of the carpet came out loose as I was unpacking it. I submitted for a return immediately and was stuck paying restocking fees. Buyer beware!
