Customers praise the product's softness, appearance and colour, describing it as fluffy, pretty and luxurious. Many found the colour to be as pictured, and the softness exceeded expectations. However, some experienced issues with quality, noting that the item was thinner and less durable than anticipated, and some felt the size was smaller than expected.
