Customers praise the product's appearance, softness, and colour, describing it as beautiful, soft, and a perfect fit for their rooms. The quality is also generally well-received, though some mention a thinner pile than expected. However, a noticeable negative is a persistent unpleasant odour reported by several customers, impacting their overall satisfaction.

I’m so pleased and surprised with how this looks! Excuse the fact I’m building chairs! It’s textured enough to add interest obviously needs a little time to settle having been rolled but feels good quality for the money. I’d definitely buy again
