I have knocked 3 stars off the review of this rug because although I liked the design of the rug, I feel that the quality and ‘extras’ that came with it are indeed lacking!! Upon unrolling the rug, it had lots of bird poo running across the width and also a ‘fault’? Line. I can only assume that the rug has been hanging somewhere to get bird poo on it. I couldn’t be bothered to rewrap it and return it and I did manage to clean it off. All being said I like the rug and it suits the decor in my room . I am Just disappointed that I couldn’t find out how to speak to a customer service person about it. The only option given on the website is to return it. I have attached photos.

Beautiful looking rug. Has brightened up the room. Was looking for a rug slightly thicker than usual thin ones, seems to be doing the job. It is a light shade so have to be careful with stains. Silverygrey rug pink shades looks almost ombré
