Customers praise the product's attractive colours and appearance, often describing them as beautiful and accurately represented. The quality is also well-received, with many noting its good value. However, some experienced issues with the rug's flatness, taking time to lay completely flat, and a few found it thinner than expected.

The rug is beautiful and looks great in my living room, but it’s been down almost two weeks and still has some ripples in it. It’s getting better but I was surprised how long it took to flatten out.
