The rug has a whole silver sheen over the top of it it looks dirty as if there’s been outside and bonfire dust has settled all in it. Really sad the colours are so off because if it was beige I would have kept it. Quality itself is bang average but that’s reflects the price so can’t moan. More upset at the return cost given that it’s the wrong colour

Terrible quality rug. Looks and feels cheap. Does not look like the picture. I will never use it. No more ordering rugs online for me.
