Desert Skies Abstract Hand Woven Area Rug

It's a beautiful rug, but cleaning it is a nightmare!!! I had a little stain so I tried to get it out with a damp cloth. Once that area was dry there was a yellow mark. I decided not to go ahead myself and sent it to a professional cleaning instead. After they had the rug for two weeks they sent it back with the same yellow spot and said that they can't get it out. So this rug is a huge disappointment and it cost tons!!! Not even sure where the yellow spot came from. I'm suspecting it's the brown under-layer which just leaked in yellowish color after being a little wet.
