Acuna Solid Colour Wool Hand Woven Area Rug

Came really quickly and well wrapped. On opening found it was really curled up at one end. Had to put a few weighted items on that end but didn’t take long to flatten out. I love the colour and it matches perfectly with my curtains and cushions.

Lovely rug. It’s a real shame that loads of threads are coming out of it. It’s not just fluff it’s attached threads. We have been trying to speak with customer service as this is really disappointing as this was not a cheap purchase.

The rug arrived badly damaged and I cannot work out how to return a damaged item. This is not coming up as an option. Very disappointed given the cost of this product.

Love this rug, it's early days but so far this rug has lived up to my expectation, it's a good quality rug, reasonably priced, I would have liked it to be slightly thicker and heavier but this was the best I could find in the style and colour I wanted. There is a slight bump in it at the moment caused, I presume, by it being rolled up for a period of time, hopefully, this will eventually flatten down.
