Absolutely delighted with our new rug which arrived only two days from ordering. The range of rugs to choose from was amazing and the quality is outstanding given the price asked. The website was easy to navigate and trouble free, so top marks all round for Wayfair.

Nice enough looking rug, but the quality is terrible. The piping around the outside comes away from the main body and even after a few days down it isn’t sitting right, bumpy and uneven. Have tried to return it but heard nothing back from Wayfair and their app jams on the returns option. Poor quality product and poor customer service I’m afraid, not one I’d recommend.
