Lovely but the quality didn’t really last, the shaggy-ness went flat and lifeless no matter what I tried to do to revive it

I bought this rug 3 years ago. It was absolutely beautiful when I bought it. So soft and luxurious. I bought a 9x12 for my living room. Unfortunately I think it just has too much traffic there between us, kids and dog. It has flattened out and we need a new rug. I am considering buying this one again since I love it so much!

The rug is amazing so far. It's only me and my husband, so it doesn't get a lot of foot traffic and we remove our shoes when walking on it. Hoping that adds to the life of this rug. It's extremely soft and very fluffy which I love. It's more creamy white than I hoped but you can still see the accent colors and patterns. I've had it about 3 or 4 weeks and still waiting on a crease or 2 to flatten out. The rug came more folded than rolled which I'm assuming is why the creases are there. I definitely recommend this rug...especially if you have an environment that's easy to keep it clean. It's absolutely beautiful looking and feeling.

I just got my carpet today and laid it out. Of course it’ll take a few days to flatten out on the corners after I put rug grippers down, but I absolutely love it.. The product is just as advertised and the perfect size. I honestly don’t know about the wear and tear because I just got it but I love the way it looks right now..

We received this rug today. We are happy with the size and look of it in our space! We may decide to eventually add a nonslip pad underneath it, but are pleased with the quality.
