Very plastic, though I suppose it does the job. I did request a return at first.

Beware.....I purchased this rug in the grey colour, I went by the image on the website, what arrived was completely different, more a charcoal colour, when I went to return it, explaining that the colour was wrong as you can see in my photo, I was told I coyld return it but there would be a £6.00 postage fee.....the pet bed in the picture is the colour I was expecting after looking at the image on the website...I have used Wayfair.co.uk for years and this is the first time I feel I had rotten customer service.
