The rug I am very pleased with, the quality is very good and delivery next day with no extra cost. Very pleased

Not good quality But the price reflects that

I can’t fail the service as it was excellent. My problem is the particular product I purchased. This rug is beautiful if the light is coming from behind you but the change is so dramatic when the light is coming from any other direction. Instead of being gold it’s a mid to dark brown, which is totally unsuitable. Maybe in future with products like this you should show pictures showing how different a product look like in light from different directions and not only one direction ( coincidently the only good lighting angle !!!)

Beautiful, subtle pattern and rich golden colour. Lay flat straight away and is not slipping on wooden floor.
