I love the design, texture and colours of this rug but I have issues with the finishing of mine. The stitching and boarder is uneven on 2 sides and therefore not finished well. This rather diminishes the quality and for me this was a considered purchase so not satisfactory and disappointing. Update .... spoke to a wonderful Customer Services Officer today who swiftly address my concerns with the quality of the rug, offering options to resolve the issue immediately and one solution I accepted. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. Thank you Wayfair, First time shopping with you and highly recommend.
