Richmondville Rectangle Floral Area Rug

To be honest I could not believe that this was the same rug that I ordered, especially after reading the rave reviews. The rug on the photos on the web looks a vivid cream, but I got a dirty looking grey one. Unsure if it's dirty or grey, however I noticed that in taking a photo of it, it looks as creamy as the one on Wayfair's website, so who says the camera doesn't lie. To show its actual colour i've had to zoom in and believe me it still doesn't look as dirty as it is in reality. However I will give Wayfair 5 stars for it's customer service, as they dealt with it promptly for me! Thank you Wayfair.

I think this rug really enhances our sitting room. Needed to match with our busy wallpaper, it’s perfect. This rug is good quality and with having 2 dogs and a cat it will be rather more forgiving than having a plain rug.

Not what I expected, very thin and dull looking, some of the pattern just looked dirty and old fashioned not like the picture.

The rug arrived well packaged . However the fibres of the rug keep coming out and getting kn to my wool carpet . I am constantly having to use a lint remover to clean my wool carpet . Spoke to Jason from customer service and he was very helpful and has sent me the label for return . Disappointed with the rug as I have purchased two more earlier on and they have been perfect . But happy with wayfair customer service they are always helpful and prompt .

Excellent service, ordered 2 of these rugs and they were delivered within 30hrs of my order. Lovely rugs, excellent value for money. Will look perfect in my newly decorated bedroom.
