Vaughn Geometric Wool Hand Woven Area Rug

Love this rug! Perfect for my dining room area that’s a work in progress. Very thick pile, soft (especially for wool) and the design is crisp and sharp, not blurry like with many other rugs. The white is more of a natural off-white than pictured, but it’s perfect!

The quality of the rug is ok, but it does shead a lot, grandkids look like they have been around an animal when they play on rug. I am disappointed in the color. it is more blue than gray and has a hint of brown which makes it look dirty.

The rug sheds everywhere from the very first day

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It is constantly fraying tiny bits of wool off itself, leaving me stuck endlessly vacuuming the floor around it. Also, I read lots of comments indicating that it had a blue undertone to it. They weren't wrong. I should have heeded their warnings. It definitely looks more blue than it does gray. It clashed with the rest of the gray I had in my dining room (see pics). Lastly (and this is probably TMI), but I live with two evil but cute dogs who have turned this rug into their favorite potty spot. This rug retains the stain of their urine permanently no matter what combination of solutions I employ to clean it up. I'll be throwing it away soon simply based on the fact that it is littered with pee spots.

Amazing rug!!! I am too satisfied with this purchase. There is an 8x10 in rectangular in my livingroom and a 7ft round in my dining room. Guests mouths drop everytime they see these gorgeous pieces. Both rugs accent the area so well and are extremely comfortable to walk on. Make sure you have a vacuum handy.
