Oriental Area Rug

I love it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The colors are spot on. Beautiful rug for the price.

The Timothy Oriental Navy rug looks beautiful in my living room. The colors are just as represented on the website. I have only had it down for 24 hours and already the fold lines are disappearing. It’s a bit thinner than my old rug but with the rug pad it feels good under foot.

This rug came rolled up, not folded, which was a big plus. (We ordered 7'10' x 10'). The rug is fairly plush and we are using it without a pad under it with no problem (but we are not fans of deep pile, plushy rugs in the first place.) We have had it down for a couple of weeks and it still has some 'bubbling' and curling that we are trying to flatten down with piles of books. It seems to be working and we're hoping it will be entirely flat soon. BUT THERE WAS ONE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS RUG. The pattern is very irregular in spots. In fact when we first unrolled it, we were shocked. It looked as if someone had spilled white paint on it. I saw someone else's review pic that showed some irregular white spots on the edge and they said they kept the rug because they could hide the mark under furniture. Well, this rug had more than just a spot on the edge. It really looked as if white paint had been spilled on it in various places around the outside edge. That said, for $300, and for avoiding the hassle of returning it, we also opted to keep it and hide the offensive areas under furniture. If you have a large room, however, and the rug will sit out exposed, be warned. You might not want to risk the uneven production of this rug. (Another note, I was surprised given that the rug is synthetic that it didn't have an offensive smell. So that's a plus.)

Would love to write a review on this rug, issue is I haven’t received the Timothee rug. The first rug that came in was a completely different rug all together (tanblack) different material (more hard than soft. I now, received my new rug and it’s also not what I ordered, size, color and name are all wrong. I don’t even know what to do since I have company coming in!
