Love this rug, beautiful design, while non-slip and practical.

I'd like to complain about the above hallway runner I recieved which has white fade marks all along one side border and more marks appearing. So disappointed as I was looking forward to this runner after searching for a long time. I'd like to exchange it for a new piece which I hope doesn't have any faults. Thank you.
