Antonella Geometric Wool Hand Woven Area Rug

I waited a few months to review. The rug itself is very pretty. Pretty color and design however I feel compelled to warn people that the rug is very low quality. It sheds non stop. I have a expensive Miele vacuum and have vacuumed no less than 50 times and it fills the bag up immediately!!!!! It's really a shame since it is pretty. My husband wants to get rid of it after only 4.5 months.

Really happy with this rug. The color is a beautiful pale blue. The ivory pattern has a rich feel against the blue on the rug. As with most wool rugs it does shed some. Hoping that it is short lived. Other positive that as soon as I put the rug down my husband walked on it with muddy sneakers. The mud seemed to clean right up with out staining almost like it was treated with a stain guard.

Super thick rug. Make sure if placing it anywhere where a door needs to go over it when opened that it fits! It is soft, and yes sheds like crazy being it's wool. The cream colored areas shed onto the super dark navy blue (midnight blue) color constantly making me vacuum it daily. That will hopefully subside like it typically does with other wool rugs, but I am hoping it will sooner than later!

It's always hard to tell colors online, but this rug definitely reads pretty blue to me. It ended up being less of a contrast to our blue walls than I was hoping for. The definition of the design is nice and overall the rug is very soft. However it sheds a lot (even after multiple passes with the vacuum) and looks a little pilled in some spots. After sitting on it for half a hour I looked like I'd been cuddling a Persian cat. Still, not bad for the price given that it's a wool rug. Pros: soft, reasonably priced Cons: sheds
