We received the rug with defects. There are thread pop-up and noticeable stain on the rug. We did not want to go through all the troubles to return it, so just keep it. But definitely not recommend this rug.

Editwe have the rug for 5 months now and the rug is not holding well. It looks dirty, even when you vacuum and clean often. I regret my purchase. Looks good, nice rug when you don’t want to break the bank. Our rug had a stain, customer service followed up perfect!
