Customers praise the rug's appearance and colour, describing it as beautiful and true to online images, with soft, neutral tones. Many appreciate its softness and quality, though some find it thin, recommending a rug pad for added comfort and to prevent slippage. Opinions on thickness are mixed, with some finding it perfectly thin while others prefer more substantial rugs.

I wanted to love this so much. It looks great on our living room, but the wear and tear on it is awful. We’ve had it less than a year and it’s already pulled all over.

This thing doesn’t have an ounce of beige or ivory in it. The entire rug is tinted green, I mean literally I am looking at patterns that are full blown green and dark blue. Never been more confused in my life but definitely returning.

I love this rug so much. It does need a pad because it is slippery and easy to trip over. The colors are great and it is soft and I love how it looks in my 12x9 dining area.
