Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and good quality, noting its beautiful design and suitability for various spaces. However, some concerns exist regarding durability, with reports of fraying and wear after limited use, particularly in high-traffic areas. The colour is also a point of mixed opinions, with some finding it inconsistent with the advertised shade.
