Oriental Hand Woven Area Rug

I ordered the 5X7 rug. The rug is not the same as in the photo on the website. The name of the rug has been changed to Brown/Creme. It looks very similar, but the rug I was sent has a beige fringe. I actually received two of these rugs as Wayfair thought the first one was a mistake in the shipping department. It was not until I received the second order that they realized there is an error either on the website or warehouse with the name and description of the rug. The rug is being returned at no cost to me, so I am happy with the customer service I received, but disappointed that I did not receive the rug I ordered twice!

Nice rug, soft to walk on, looks like it will clean well. Nice neutral colors. I got the 3x5 and didn’t know it would have a fringe on two ends. I would prefer it without, but I’m otherwise very happy with the rug.

Love this rug I ordered two. The color is what I expected and easy to clean stains.

I like it but I didn't realize and didn't see the orange flowers online in the design and lighter than the pic. It's growing on me though. Very soft and true to size.

Nice soft feel but the color was very rosy and not brown.
