The carpet arrived quickly and well packaged. The color is exactly as expected from the pictures, and the nap is soft and plush, without being to tall. Very high quality all around. The rug does need a good bit of time to settle down it’s still bunching up here and there. The back of the rug has a nice strong weave. A good buy!

Overall I like this rug. It is the perfect neutral and the pattern gives it some character. It arrived quickly and had no chemical smell upon opening. My issue, and thus why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that is was so very tightly rolled with no card board roll inside that it is just taking forever to lay flat. I’m laying heavy items on ends and after 48 hours it usually still rolling up. Very frustrating! I know eventually it will lay flat but after 4 days I’m still dealing with curled up edges.
