I didn’t receive the correct rug. I received Surya Barbados instead. Customer Service has been unhelpful and is asking that I give them a few days to figure out a solution. It is inconvenient enough not receive the rug I needed, when I needed it, but they are adding more time to the resolution. It should be pretty simple to fix. At the very least, I should have been refunded.

Very happy with this purchase. We bought for our back patio along with a thin outdoor rug pad. It took a bit for the inside edge to lay flat from being rolled up. It has been quite stain resistant so far and held up well through several big thunderstorms.

The rug I ordered was different from the picture. It was white and green. Looked totally different from picture. Then I had to pay over $17 to return it.

Using this indoors at a rental property and I’m pleased with it so far!
