Customers praise the product's appearance, softness, and colour, finding it visually appealing and comfortable underfoot. However, some feel the thickness is less than expected, and opinions on quality are mixed, with some noting a thinner-than-anticipated feel. The colour is generally well-received, though some experienced discrepancies from the online image.
