Looks exactly like the pictures. Slightly bigger than a typical medium crate but much better looking in my living room. It creates more of a comfortable, safer feeling place for my dog compared with a complete metal crate which even with a blanketcover and bedding would clatter when she moved about in it. The lock is sturdy and again makes much less of a nose compared with a metal crate. It also provides usable space on top. The only downfall is that the quality of materials its made out of isnt the best you can tell it wont take many knocks before it looks tatty. I was worried about one review saying the Toledo crate was not worth the money. I disagree. So much so Im going to buy another for upstairs in my bedroom. Its really heavy. Note to others... Sturdy but not completely aligned. The doors on the cage are tricky to open and close and the lock bits do not properly line up. This is a beautiful crate. Perfect size for my 15 pound dog. It's obviously so much nicer than a traditional metal crate. I was initially concerned that the lock would be too weak to keep the door closed, but it's great! It's a very secure lock. The crate door slides up and under the drawer, which saves on space.
