5 stars for the bed. 1 star for Wayfair customer service. The bed was delayed for over a month even though it was in stock. I moved house by the time the bed arrived and Wayfair refused to change the delivery address even though it hadn’t be dispatched. The bed ended up going missing for ages as I then wasn’t at my home address due to moving. Wayfair customer service was not great and advised it would take a week for someone to call me back to escalate the problem. Finally, after a month and half I have the bed and pleased with it. Just a shame Wayfair customer service let the the experience down. Anonymous. Mon May 13 2024

On the soft cushion, which can be removed and washed by hand, it is wonderful to relax. The four firmly integrated feet ensure good air circulation and keep the cold from the floor. An all-around successful dog sleeping place.

My boy absolutely loves it. He no longer sits on the sofa :) The sofa is very good quality and quite sturdy. I have put another dog bed on it as the one it came with is bit thin but other than that it is perfect. Very happy with this purchase.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 24 2025
