I did not even open the package as it was not needed after all. DISGUSTING return procedure firstly you take off my refund to return your unwanted goods AND THEN instead of refunding the rest of my payment you put it into a WAYFAIR account as a store credit. I did not agree to this and you have broken the refund policy set up for goods purchased online. I obviously will never shop with this company again.

Bought this for my Niece as she was struggling to find a reasonable priced stair gate that was wider than normal. Arrived within a couple of days and great price - cheaper than all other places. Does the job

Excellent gate , perfect for preventing our old pug from risking the stairs! The extensions were good as our stairwell is wider than average. Very pleased.
