Nice quality and size. Bought for our two cats who travelled with us to see family over Christmas, and needed a safe space to be shut in overnight. We set it up in a bedroom with a blanket underneath, it was very roomy even with the litter tray and bed inside. The cats didn't like the metal bowls but its nice that they were included with the cage anyway. Haven't used it outside yet but might in the future as it seems sturdy enough.

Very sturdy easy to erect looks really good fit for purpose

I brought this pen and within 30 minutes my cat had escaped! They’re too gappy at the top so my cat just jumped up and out. I ended up having to buy an eyelet punch which cost £30 to punch extra holes then ties to tie it down. Now it’s escape proof. It’s helpful for what I need, he has flare ups of an illness but misses going outside when he has them as they can go on weeks he’ll whine and cry and you feel so bad. It shouldn’t really need extra amending and that was extra money I hadn’t planned on. It’s already after the first week outside showing signs of rust so I have no hope it’s going to last for a long time as planned. On a flat surface it will be okay but slightly uneven the door catches won’t sit level so a wiggle and your pet will be out. I attached to Velcro strips together to add an extra bit of security. I since have got someone on Etsy to make some shelves for it to add son height now for a bit of interest. The metal latches are ridiculously sharp certainly on mine and I sliced my hand whilst trying to lock it. It’s the best thing I can find but does need improvement. As for Wayfair total nightmare. It said express delivery I was on the chat to 14 different people, they all hang up on you as they don’t know how to deal with your problem or say they can’t do it which is a lie as number 14 did manage to check that it was coming on the day it clearly stated it was meant to! You get two minutes when being logged off and when they can take 20 minutes to reply it’s easy to look away for longer than 120 seconds and then that’s it they end that entire chat. Hate Wayfair. The other item I ordered arrived damaged they sent replacements which are also damaged will never use again.
