Item arrived and whilst nothing wrong with it I then found the zip had been sewn in along with the fleece for a good portion, tried picking fleece out of zip and hence zip broke open all the way down. Found it quite an ordeal complaining as they seemed very reluctant to give a refund and needed photos of the item, I had to get a neighbour in to do that as I had no idea being 'old school' and in my 70's. Refund given eventually and I was told to keep the item.
