The screws to mount this are terrible. They the screws that go in are so tight that the Phillips screws wash out

I had my 10 year old boy assemble it - took him about 20/30 minutes - every thing fit together great and all the parts were there - he had a small issue getting the feet on properly and moving it to the proper location in the yard by himself so he drafted me to help. The dog spent the night in it and appears to be okay with it - well worth the price
