Kelyan Small Animal Cage

I had this cage in my shopping basket for some time, this one is a decent size cage for a hamster to live it’s life in, and at a good price, I did wonder about the size of the wheel as hamsters, Syrian hamsters in particular need a wheel of 10-12 inches, I did ask what size the wheel was, Wayfair had great communication in trying to get the answer but was unable to from the supplier, I am happy with my purchase however lost a star as the wheel was snapped and is far to small for even a dwarf hamster which is sad as a small wheel can cause health issues for a hamsters back so would of been nice to have a bigger wheel not sure why the supplier would supply an unusable unsafe wheel, also the house would only be suitable for a baby dwarf hamster, so I have bought a nice large house instead and will look for a new wheel, also I feel like the base could of been a little deeper for burrowing, it has a good amount of space to fill with lots of enrichment

Great size and good quality. Definitely made our elderly boy who is the last survivor of his four brothers ❤️ he has gone from a very big cage. So as not to feel to small and lonely there by himself. He can now snuggle under the shelf and keep his independence using the low ramp for food and drink.

The cage itself is lovely. Much bigger than starter cages etc and more natural with wood layers rather than plastic but it was cracked upon arrival with me. Got in touch with wayfair and they arranged a replacement. However, the replacement was also cracked/damaged worse than the first item. Wayfair have arranged a full refund and the item is to be returned. Still awaiting collection (2 dats after said collection date). Not the best of experiences when items are damaged then replacement items are damaged even worse. Then the courier hasn't bothered to pick it up yet!

Came broken the first time it was delivered and sadly had some mishaps which took over a week for the replacement to be ordered and delivered but overall it’s a lovely cage and easy to assemble!!!!

Cage very nice but the accessories came broken. Still waiting in replacements!
