I really like the idea but the wood material is really cheap and the whole top lid blew apart in a mild wind storm. The wood actually splintered. It made the little run useless. We’ll have to do some “farm engineering” to get it back together.

I love this little brooder for my chicks. It folds up when I want to move it and put away with ease. Must be careful because as soon as you push on it, will will start to fold in on the sides. You don't want to get your critters feet stuck underneath.
