Betty loves it ! Great quality too

Absolute garbage. Item delivered does not match the picture shown. There are straps everywhere (useless for a home setting) plus the logo shown at front of bed faces inward and cannot be seen. I had to cut the straps off to make it usable so at least my Pug does not get bothered by them. Am disgusted with Wayfair and will consider very carefully before using them again.

I was so disappointed when this bed arrived, in the picture it’s got a puppy husky dog in it, it looked like it had plenty of room! I’ve got 2 chihuahuas and it’s to small for them! Really disappointing.

I waited weeks for this item and was so disappointed when it arrived, it is nothing like the picture, I have a miniature Yorkie who weighs 3kg and you can see that it is too small for him. The bed that you see my dog in is from Aldi and cost less than £20. 2 years ago, so £4200 for this one was expensive, i can’t fault the quality of this bed but it is not really fit for purpose, So unfortunately I am sending it back.
