lovely cage. easy to build i built on my own and i’m not good at building stuff lol. very spacious. so much bigger then i expected it to be. only worried about hamster chewing out of it but seems okay for now.

nice cage, sadly arrived damaged (splintered, with parts fallen off e.g. beams held by thumbtacks) have had to tape all sides to prevent hamster escaping, would’ve returned but had no other alternative. despite this i believe the cage looks nice, disappointed in quality

My tray arrived split on one side, the handles to open the tray at the front have not been supplied either. The screws to fit the stairs are too long they poke out and they are refusing to send a different tray. They offered 15% discount and told me to try to fix it. In terms of the cage it's the perfect size for hamsters and it looks nice but they should ensure that all packages are checked thoroughly before being shipped I think they sent me a return to be honest they should also stock spare parts as many people have the same complaint
