Large steak knife! Surprised how much I like these! Bought to put in a vacation rental and ended up keeping for myself. So far holding up in dishwasher but I try to hand wash mostly. They are like a steak knife given at a steakhouse restaurant. They are very large and substantial. You need to have enough space in a drawer to store them. A traditional divider will only hold maybe 2or 3.

I've had top knife many years & love it. It's my go to knife for cutting meats, even use as a paring knife. So happy I found a set on Wayfair. Now I have my favorite knife for my kitchen, one to keep in my picnic bag & one for my going away bag. Never rusts! Always sharp!

I like the weight of these knifes. The blade appears to be 2 1/2 inches into tge work securing it and adding to the weight of the handle. The blade isn't overly sharp and cuts easily and evenly through steak and chicken.
