It was delivered the next day and was very simple to assemble. I did half of it by myself but then got someone else to help me put the two main pieces (the top and the bottom) together. You could do it with just one person but it was a bit fiddly lining up all the screws together, and having an extra pair of hands made it easier. Looks great with my 55inch TV and 3 gaming consoles with enough space for them all. Seems and feels very solid once all assembled.
