Bed looks lovely, but we had a problem with our mattress being too heavy for the bed. Wayfairs customer service was absolutely amazing - they tried so hard to resolve the problem and once we realised it was a mattress problem, gave us a 35refund as compensation.

One hole was prepared but not cut so we had to use the hammer to have the hole for screw, the bed is a bit bend on the sides so the frame wasnt going in easy and last screws are very hard to put because og the bend. Material itself is not the best too as you could see the marks and it’s a bit unraveled

Overall satisfied - good price. Not the easiest of beds to construct unfortunately. Upholstery average quality.

Very happy with this bed. It looks great, feels sturdy, and the lift-up storage is very easy to use. The mechanism is smooth and doesn’t require much effort. Really pleased with my purchase.
