Poor customer service from Wayfair to deal with the defects on the product, including the bar not being straight. Offered 10% discount........... challenged for more as I don't think it is normal to ship this quality. Time passed whilst I challenged this amount, and now they say it is to late for any compensation!!

Beautiful parasol does what it says waterproof and looks fantastic. Really easy to put up and down and keeps the sun off. Looks fantastic too!

The details of the parasol construction received do not match your sale particulars on your website, i.e. there is no handle for turning when operating the tilt mechanism. Please note you can only sell items as advertised in photographs. The wooden pole was damaged, so was the packaging. I am not happy.
