Update: After just nine months, the vertical post has already RUSTED THROUGH. This was a simple installation, but the railing now poses a danger of breaking. The product description specifically states, “Stainless steel post mounts will not rust or flex.” The post mount has actually done both. I would LOOK ELSEWHERE for a product that actually lasts more than a year.
