Fittings are not a cross head for a screw driver but require a spanner. This is contrary to what the instructions state. This is very very fiddly and time consuming as you do not have 360 to tighten and at the finish you are very limited on space. Unless you have a small spanner you will struggle. I am someone who is quite handy around the house and who never leaves reviews.... you can make your own conclusions.
