I was a little bit sceptical at first, but once the box was opened the fan looked to be the right size for the room needed, the speeds are very good and the light is brilliant, we got an electrician to fit it as I wasn’t comfortable it putting it up but it looks like you can do it yourself the instructions for how to use the remote were handy also. I’d give it five stars but I have 3 minor complaints- the light is too him, I don’t like the way it sits against the ceiling because it doesn’t look “finished”, and I really really wish the lowest setting was lower. It has 6 speeds and the lowest is too high for a gentle breeze to just get the air moving. I think the current lowest speed should be second or even third. I do love that you can have it go in reverse to disperse heat during colder months. And I’m beyond happy to have a ceiling fan (I bought three).
