These hanging lights are very pretty when you get them put together. You have to watch a video for instructions with a QR code. Keep in mind you need to use both hands and pull and push down with your thumb. I did go a bit fast on the last one and the end wood piece broke. I was able to tuck it back where it went. Nice thick glass on the shades - considering the price, it looks wonderful once installed. Installation was a bit of a struggle - definitely need two people. The instructions provided a QR code with an installation video which I couldn't access.
