The size and measurement dimensions are good. Packaging is good. Installation was tricky, with each of the individual light shards needing to be inserted. It's not obvious from the pictures, but the LED light is only on the bottom, not on the top, and that's worth considering if you have a large room. The light glass shards need to be installed one by one, so it's very difficult to get them straight, so up close the it's uneven.
