Yet to see performance of fan blades as the aerofoil is not so large and quite large square blade edges will promote dirt build up - hopefully performs ok for UK conditions. Richard. Replaced our ageing fan in the conservatory. An excellent piece of kit. Stylish, smooth operation and a good light. The remote control is a bonus. Did not give 5 stars as the installation instructions were rubbish. A laughably poor translation for a generic design - no detail whatsoever for the fan in question. I’d give it five stars but I have 3 minor complaints- the light is too him, I don’t like the way it sits against the ceiling because it doesn’t look “finished”, and I really really wish the lowest setting was lower. It has 6 speeds and the lowest is too high for a gentle breeze to just get the air moving. I think the current lowest speed should be second or even third. I do love that you can have it go in reverse to disperse heat during colder months. And I’m beyond happy to have a ceiling fan (I bought three). They’re also very quiet which is a nice bonus in the bedroom especially.. Jennifer. Mon Jul 27 2026

The 52 inch Ridley II ceiling fan combines natural brass and solid cherry wood blades with a minimalist styling that will impact any space in your home. The integrated LED light at its core is a convenient and energy-efficient way to illuminate your space.

After my electrician installed this fan, we found that the transformer and the remote didn’t work. Luckily, Wayfair sent me a new part immediately. However, once up and working, I found that the high setting isn’t very effective at all, it’s rather noisy and the dimmer light doesn’t dim, it flickers annoyingly or on full is so bright that my eyes see the imprint of the led shade after looking away It’s expensive but the quality in my opinion falls short.
