This light looks absolutely gorgeous up, it really finishes off my bedroom. However, it was extremely fiddly to put together, each petrol has 2 bolts which you have to feed the wires through, so that took a long time. Then it was difficult to put up because the wires are too short really. Needs 2 people. The fan isn't the most powerful, I have it right over my bed on level 6 highest and it's a gentle breeze. I was a little bit sceptical at first, but once the box was opened the fan looked to be the right size for the room needed, the speeds are very good and the light is brilliant, we got an electrician to fit it as I wasn’t comfortable it putting it up but it looks like you can do it yourself the instructions for how to use the remote were handy also. I love this light fitting with the fan. The lights have a variety of colours that you would normally need different bulbs to create. It looks amazing and the fan offers a fair breeze when needed. I love the fact that the fan part can be taken off to clean, as these can attract so much dust. The remote control has a few nicks but nothing that stops it from working. I’d give it five stars but I have 3 minor complaints- the light is too him, I don’t like the way it sits against the ceiling because it doesn’t look “finished”, and I really really wish the lowest setting was lower. It has 6 speeds and the lowest is too high for a gentle breeze to just get the air moving. I think the current lowest speed should be second or even third. I do love that you can have it go in reverse to disperse heat during colder months. And I’m beyond happy to have a ceiling fan (I bought three). The lamp can be switched on and off via the remote control or a light switch and the last selected setting is automatically saved when you switch off the light with the remote control!

After my electrician installed this fan, we found that the transformer and the remote didn’t work. Luckily, Wayfair sent me a new part immediately. However, once up and working, I found that the high setting isn’t very effective at all, it’s rather noisy and the dimmer light doesn’t dim, it flickers annoyingly or on full is so bright that my eyes see the imprint of the led shade after looking away It’s expensive but the quality in my opinion falls short.
