We are very happy with this product which gives an ideal warm light in the lounge. However, we must say it was a miracle that it arrived intact as the packaging of polystyrene disintegrated as we opened the parcel! Think perhaps water damage was to blame. (see photos)

What a disaster this purchase was!!! Unless you have some DIY experience - do NOT purchase! However, I would tell you that the 2 grub screws included in the pack are SPARES and do not need to be fitted. We ended up scratching the lamp trying to fit the screws which were actually in place on the lamp but they’re so tiny you couldn’t tell.
