Crystal Flush Mount

Been a few years now since we bought this. Wayfair lights are good quality. Totally recommend. No issues. Cleaning is a job as I have to clean all the crystals and there are a few. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Absolutely stunning really pleased with our light

Although this light is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. The packaging isn’t great on the little crystal balls. They are placed in a flimsy tray and then wrapped in a bag and then placed in a cardboard box. Due to this quite a few balls were damaged. Saying that the service was amazing when I called wayfair customer support. A lady called Gillian took my call and was very apologetic and understanding and sorted it for me. I had planned on not shopping at wayfair again (this was my first time shopping on the site) but Gillian was so great she made me changes my mind and now I’m looking forward to buying more. If the crystal balls could be wrapped in bubble wrap prior to going in to the bag and carboard box it would be perfect!
