I ordered a fence post 102x102mmx2.4m long your order number 25243528. I was sent a post 90x90x2.4m I phone you 2weeks ago and was answered by Nicole K and gave her all the info she said she would phone me back. I have not herd from you. I've got the wrong size post and have paid for it. What I want is the right side post as it fits into a concrete hole . Please can you do something as it's been waiting a long time. I don't expect to hear from you as before as this is the second time I have sent you a message.

Found the fixing screws too long apart from that was easy to install. First impressions are good although max range appears to be about 4m max.

This is what it says it is and is very reliable. This was very easy to install. The ajustments are very simple to use and the instrustions were good and clear
