I like that it is a clear globe so you don't really notice the globe until it's dark enough for it to illuminate. It lights quite a big area evenly and it's the best white outdoor light with built in motion sensor that we've tried (and we've had many!) So far the white plastic casing has stayed white. Many go yellow so, so far so good.
